Everyone can practice Hatha Yoga
This practice is equally challenging to beginning & advanced students. It appeals to men and women of all fitness levels and no prior experience is necessary.

Our instructors will help you to advance at your own pace. As with anything in life you wish to achieve, you must be consistent and determined with your practice in order to achieve the best results from this ancient practice.

Each class should be challenging. How quickly you progress will depend entirely on you – no natural ability is required. It will have little to do with how perfectly you do the postures. Instead, it will have to with how well you understand what you are trying to accomplish in each posture. This understanding comes with time. How you try your best determines how strong and supple your muscles and joints become in comparison to the point at which you began. In yoga there is no standard of comparison except yourself. To be perfect in yoga is to do the best you can.
